About Utah HOA Management

Utah HOA Management is locally owned and operated by Eric and Kristin, bringing together a rare combination of financial expertise, real estate knowledge, and hands-on management experience.

Kristin holds a double major in Accounting and Finance from Creighton University and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed Utah real estate agent. Her financial background ensures every association we manage benefits from precise, transparent reporting and sound fiscal oversight.

Eric holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota with deep experience in business operations, finance, and strategy. His focus on process, performance, and long-term planning drives how we structure and improve our management services.

Together, we manage a few dozen communities across Utah and treat each one with the same attention we'd want for our own. We've personally served as board members in communities we've lived in — giving us a firsthand understanding of what homeowners and boards actually need from a management company. That experience shapes everything about how we operate.

We are proud to serve communities throughout Salt Lake County, Park City, St. George, and beyond. When we're not working, you'll find us skiing, hiking, or on the tennis court — living the same Utah lifestyle our communities are built around.
